Cancer has completely changed my life and I am thankful for the place I’m at. I’ve become a mom, participated in national fundraisers, advocacy, and even shared my story with legislators who are fighting to update the Breast Care Equity Act.
“No grit, no pearls." "Life is like the ocean-it comes in waves. Face it always, ride the waves when you can, enjoy the calm, prepare for the storm and keep swimming because sharks don’t care if you have health issues!”
You didn’t get this far to just get this far. No grit, no pearls. Cancer is not a death sentence but a statement that forces you live each day with great intentions. Celebrate the gift of each day by enjoying.
